How We Help With Insurance

We accept the following insurance plans: MetLife, Cigna, DNOA, BCBS, DHA, Sunlife, Anthem, and Delta Dental Premier.

As a courtesy to our patients, we submit all forms, receipts, and other necessary information to dental insurance providers. We want our patients to get the most out of their coverage. So please let us know if anything changes with your policy.

You will be responsible for any treatments or procedures that are not covered. Because we want to provide affordable dental care to all, flexible payment options are available for those in need.

Billing & Payments Information

When you visit Burch Dental we want your experience to be stress-free.

For that purpose, our dental staff will handle the task of submitting your insurance claims. All the necessary forms will be sent directly to your dental insurance provider. Furthermore, you will receive an estimate of costs prior to services. If you are responsible for any co-payments, they are due on the day services are rendered. Burch Dental accepts cash, check, money order or major credit cards.
