- Have a healthy and attractive smile.
- Experience the ease of dental implants despite having bone loss.
- Have an affordable solution to their missing teeth.
- Experience a reduction in the risk of any future bone loss.
- To leave with a prototype immediately fixed in place.
- No longer struggle with the frustration of traditional dentures.
- Enjoy implant placement that can be completed in one visit reducing the time from the start of the treatment to its end results.
- Allows you to never wear dentures again.
- Reduce your recovery time.
- Reduce the implant cost over single tooth or bridge implant.
- Deliver easy maintenance, just like your natural teeth.
- Restore the ability to eat any kind of food.
- Let you experience long term results.
- Restore a younger appearance without the sagging from missing teeth.

The All-on-4 dental implants offers some amazing benefits, but the treatment also does not come without a drawback. Instead of each tooth having its own root, the four implants will now replace all these fourteen individual root systems.
The All on 4 Dental Implant Procedure
Prior to the innovation of All-on-4 implants, if you wanted a dental implant you underwent almost a year of treatment when Burch Dental would extract the teeth, allow six months of proper healing and denture wearing, then bone grafting with more healing, the placing of the implants, six more months of healing time with more denture wearing and then finally placing the artificial crown tooth on the secured implant. Now, with the introduction of the All-on-4 procedure, the entire process, from the extraction to the implant placement to fixed teeth, is possible in just one day.
In the past, if you wanted to replace a denture with a full arch, six to ten implants were necessary to properly support all the teeth and offer enough strength and stability. Now, using the laws of physics and stronger materials, when the two end implants are placed at an angle, their strength is increased, and fewer implants are required. The two anterior implants, or front implants, stand upright and the two posterior implants, or rear implants, are placed at 45-degree angles. The specific placement of these implants is that the All-on-4 is now able to be placed in a mouth that otherwise required a bone graft because of jaw atrophy. Four to six implants will save thousands of dollars.
The dense bone found in the front part of the jaw offers an ideal place for the implants and the approach of placing the other two implants at an angle helps avoid the sinus cavities and the nerve canal. When finished, you have new teeth that do not need to be removed, like dentures. With only four implants, the procedure also reduces any discomfort you will experience. We will place a prototype bridge that can be used like normal teeth until the permanent bridge is installed.
The All-on-4 dental implant is made from multiple components. The implant posts are made from titanium because it has been found to be able to graft with human bone. The implanted posts replicate the roots of your natural teeth as the bone and posts integrate together.
