Dr. Ashley Nguyen is originally from upstate New York. Her first interest in dentistry came from her desire to help others attain a beautiful and healthy smile. This eventually led her to the University at Buffalo where she obtained a BS degree in Biomedical Sciences, with honors. From there she attended dental school at Midwestern University located near Chicago, IL.

Dr. Nguyen is committed to clinical excellence in dentistry and was excited to join us at Burch Dental after seeing our philosophy and passion for patient care. She also enjoys participating in outreach projects and has traveled to the Dominican Republic to provide free dental care. She looks forward to more trips in the future. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, and other local groups. She continues to advance her education, and has recently taken courses on oral surgery, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry.

She is drawn to the heart of the Midwest because of the friendly people and laid back environment. In her free time she loves to travel, play tennis, hike, cook, and yes, even binge watch movies and shows. Being new to the Rockford area, tell her about any good food places! She is definitely a foodie.
